PAYMENT

Payment is directed to PayPal, accepting debit and major credit cards with or without having an established account. Orders will not ship until payment has cleared in full.

ALL New York State Residents will be charged 8.875% sales tax per NYS Department of Taxation and Finance.

SHIPPING

All orders are packaged in a satin jewelry bag, inside a bubble shipping mailer, and are shipped via USPS First-Class. Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days once your order has shipped. All orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout and will ship within 24 hours once payment has cleared (please keep in mind Sundays and Holidays).

RETURNS

Please contact Laura Katherine Designs™ in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis - Please order seriously!

If you decide to purchase a custom stamped tag as an add-on, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Please contact Laura Katherine Designs™ with your request for custom stamping.
